how is it

that when we are 17 we can't make our own decisions?
but when we are 18 we are considered an adult and have to take care of ourselves?
there is many things in this world we can do on our own. but also there are very many things that we can't do on our own.
this is why we all need our family and our friends.
they help us with our problems and things that we need to overcome.

we all take things that we have for granted.
we do not care about things or appreciate them fully enough until they are gone.
why do we do these things?
is it because it's what humanity is all about?
it's because we don't fully know what these things are worth to us.
